Amravati MP Navneet Rana and several BJP leaders have leveled serious allegations against the Amravati police over the alleged love jihad case. Navneet Rana went to the police station and asked the Deputy Commissioner of Police for an answer from the phone recording. He also accused the police of not taking action against the accused. After this, Amravati Police Commissioner Aarti Singh himself has given his first reaction on this matter. It was also informed that the concerned girl left the house herself.

Amravati Police Commissioner Aarti Singh said, “We got information that this girl was in Pune and now she is going to Satara by train from Pune. When the girl got off the train in Satara, the Satara police detained her. Satara police informed that she was alone and safe.

The police have recorded her preliminary statement. In that, the girl only said that she herself had left the house in a fit of anger. We will record the detailed statement of the girl when she comes to Amravati,” Aarti Singh also mentioned.
