In the report named ‘A Mix of Soft and Hard Kill Methods’, such things have been said, through which some satellites of Starlinks can be disabled.

Starlink is a satellite constellation system run by Musk’s SpaceX company, in which 2400 satellites revolve in low Earth orbit. Through these, superfast internet can be sent anywhere on the earth. This system of Elk Musk’s company is highly appreciated because it can run the Internet in developing countries and remote areas of the world. But China is worried that it may not affect its military.
