The price of commercial gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 198 per cylinder. However, there was no reduction in the price of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder. Domestic gas cylinder rates are stable. After the reduction in the price of Commercial Gas Cylinder, the price of Commercial Gas Cylinder has reached Rs. 2021 per cylinder. Before the reduction, the price of a gas cylinder was Rs 2,219. The price of gas cylinders was also reduced last month. In June, gas companies had slashed the price of commercial cylinders by Rs 136. Hoteliers have been greatly relieved by the reduction in the price of commercial gas cylinders for two consecutive months. This is now expected to make hotel food cheaper.
Gas cylinder prices in major cities of the country
Today, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 198 per cylinder. According to the new rates, the price of a 19-kg commercial gas cylinder has reached Rs 2,021 in the national capital today. In Kolkata, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has gone up to Rs 2,140 after a reduction in the price of a gas cylinder. It used to be Rs 2,322. In the financial capital Mumbai, a commercial gas cylinder costs Rs 1,981. In Chennai, a commercial gas cylinder costs Rs 2,186. Before the cut, a commercial gas cylinder in Chennai used to cost Rs 2,373.
