(Supreme Court Hearing on Maharashtra Political Crisis) For the past few days, the hearing on the power struggle in Maharashtra was getting delayed; However, on Tuesday night, the Supreme Court constituted a five-judge constitution bench to hear all the petitions together. This constitution bench was going to hear the power struggle from Wednesday.

A constitutional bench of five judges has been established in the Supreme Court in connection with the power struggle. It comprises Justices Dhananjaya Chandrachud, MR Shah, Krishna Murari, Hima Kohli and P Narasimha. After the resignation of the then Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, the Eknath Shinde-Devendra Fadnavis government was formed, but the power struggle continues. Meanwhile, the Shinde group has claimed that our Shiv Sena is the real one. This has created confusion. So now we are curious to see what decision the Constitution Bench will give. Now the next hearing will be held on September 27.

Meanwhile, the Shinde group filed an application in the Supreme Court on Tuesday that the hearing before the Central Election Commission should not be adjourned regarding the election symbol Dhanyushban. An urgent hearing was held today. A five-member constitution bench headed by Justice Dhananjay Chandrachud was constituted. The hearing was held before that. A five-judge bench has adjourned the hearing of the matter. The decision will be heard on September 27.

Constitution Bench President Justice Chandrachud said that we will hold a detailed hearing of the entire case by September 27. On the same day, after hearing the brief arguments of all regarding the Election Commission, a solution will be taken. Uddhav’s lawyer Kapil Sibal objected to this. He said, this is wrong. Those who may be disqualified for assembly membership have no right to approach the Election Commission. Once the Shinde group gets the election symbol, all the work will be in vain. At this time, Shinde’s lawyer Neeraj Kaul, while arguing, said that MLA or not, he can sue the party.
