Collector has suspended two government teachers Balaghat

Balaghat:- The collector has suspended two government teachers under Birsa block of Balaghat. Action has been taken against Ashish Diare, teacher of primary school Bhimdongri of Kachanari and Amit Bhalavi, teacher of primary school Mahajantola (Gowari) of Manegaon cluster. These teachers were absent without any prior notice. Due to which Collector Dr. Girish Kumar Mishra has suspended with immediate effect.

The villagers and the parents of the children had complained against teacher Ashish Dyre. It was said in the complaint that he sometimes comes to the school of his own free will. Whenever they come to the school, they leave after an hour or two of their own free will. Birsa’s BRC Hemant Rana had conducted a surprise inspection of Bhimdongri’s school on 26 June and 23 August. Even then teacher Dire was absent from the school without any notice. According to the attendance register of the school, the teachers were absent for 8 days in June, 15 days in July and 13 days in August in the year 2022-23. The BRC had also taken action to stop the salary of the teachers by issuing a show cause notice to the director.

Similarly, according to the report of the Principal of Manegaon Sankul, Amit Bhalavi, the teacher of Government Primary School, Mahajantola (Gowari), remains absent from the school without any notice. In the year 2022-23, he has been absent for 11 days in July and is still absent from school in August.
