Terms & Conditions
Customer Agreement: The Terms and Condition apply to all Services provided by MBiG to you throughout the entire Term or Renewal Term. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services mentioned on MBiG . You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third party software’s in connection with your use of our services. MBiG reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when MBiG decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
The Developer agrees to provide web development services as outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials and information required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.Â
If there is a virus attack on the WordPress Website then the website developer will not be responsible.
The hosting and web developer will not be responsible if any problem occurs in the website after handing over the admin panel to the client.
The Client agrees to pay the Developer the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. The Client has to give 75% payment before the website is built.Â
The Developer reserves the right to suspend work on the project until payment is received if the Client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Some hosting providers offer data backup service, but if your plan does not include data backup and you do not keep backups yourself, then not renewing the hosting may result in data loss. If you do not renew the hosting within 2_3 business days, you may suffer some loss, like website downtime or data loss.
